The Boeung Kak lake residents staged a press conference, the day before they will comply to a Court summons about supposed death threats some of them would have uttered. Meanwhile, the houses which were destroyed by Shukaku Inc. on Sept. 16th, have been rebuilt and are almost completed.
Waters of the worst flood in Cambodia since at least a decade are not receding. The social cost will be immense… More in the coming days…
The neighbourhood on the NW side of the Japanese bridge, inhabited by many Cambodian from Vietnamese origin, will soon be evacuated.
