Floods displaced?

The neighbourhood on the NW side of the Japanese bridge, inhabited by many Cambodian from Vietnamese origin, will soon be evacuated. Not because it is flooded by the Tonle Sap waters as now, but because the construction of the new parallel bridge, Chinese built, will push them away.

Tomorrow Ill go out and check on the flood situation in the provinces. Probably in Prey Veng. Ill be back friday…
