CAMBODIA. Phnom Penh. 21/10/2009: Barge pumping sand from the Mekong riverbed. It is carried through a 6km pipeline to the Boeung Kak lake where some 4000 families will be evicted to make way for a development project initiated by Shukaku Inc.
