It’s not really a game…
Seng Theary, a lawyer involved in a watchdog role for the judiciary process of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, tried to set up her ‘Poetic Justice Dart Game’ on the waterfront, a popular gathering place for the cambodian public on a sunday afternoon, where the public can throw darts at images of those responsible for the demise of Cambodia. In the buildup to the ASEAN meetings, security concerns by the Phnom Penh authorities are ‘itchy’ to say the least, and the images were forcibly removed by municipality guards.
