Donor Fair or Fair Donor?
The Annual Donor Conference is taking place at the CDC (Cambodian Development Council) building. The Cambodian Government, Ambassadors and representatives from the World Bank and other major international financial institutions are meeting to fill the budgetary gaps for Cambodia for 2009. It will probably be less than last year’s 690 million dollar (half the country budget). But will questions about good governance, corruption, Human Rights be asked?
