Hatred Day
On May 20th 1984 the People’s Republic of Kampuchea organized “Hatred Day” for the first time. I took picture of this in 1989 on my first trip to Cambodia.
Today I did it again (VIJ2008039G). The reenactment of Khmer Rouge exactions is new though…
