Initiated by Martin Bandzak, it contains my 58-page photo essay on land issues in Cambodia I was talking about previously, AND two more essays, one by the same Martin Bandzak on Haiti and one on healthcare in the Congo. Believe me, it’s worth getting a copy. Meanwhile you can calm your nerves by visiting the website and the Facebook page (I’ll get you the link later)…

Phnom Penh is getting ready for Khmer New Year. People go back to their village to celebrate.

The whole Cambodian railway system, 254Km from Phnom Penh to Kompong Som and 338Km from Phnom Penh to Sisophon, is being rehabilitated at a cost of $141.6 million. When the money is there it is a fairly easy job in the countryside.
