CAMBODIA. Phnom Penh. 14/06/2012: Boeung Kak Lake residents prevented by police to deliver a petition to Prime Minister Hun Sen requesting the liberation of 15 of them incarcerated at Prey Sar Prison since May 24th. 5 of the prisoners are on their 4th day of a hunger strike.
