Boeung Kak reps arrested
Five Boeung Kak lake residents were arrested by security guards while demonstrating in front of the municipality because officials who were supposed to put the boundaries of the 12,44Ha for the on-site development did not show up. Two demonstrators tried to commit suicide…
So from now on security guards have the same powers as official policemen? Cambodia, Kingdom of Wonder… and of illegal law enforcement…
