The fourth
Ieng Sary, former Khmer Rouge leader was missing in my files. Today, at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal I had the opportunity to photograph him before the public hearing of the reading of the decision on the Appeal by Ieng Sary against the Order of Provisional Detention at the ECCC (Extraordinary Chambers at the Court of Cambodia). Mainly because all my buddies were in Preah Vihear waiting for the next round of fights… (VIJ2008077)
