So the opposition CNRP will not go to the Royal Palace tomorrow, on the eve of the Khmer New Year festivities, to tell King Sihamoni they agree to finally, after several months of boycott, join the National Assembly. First because Kem Sokha, one of the CNRP co-presidents, is not in Cambodia but mainly because there remains one sticky point in the agreement to be concluded with the ruling CPP: the dates for the anticipated elections.
