Floods, version 2013

We are at the height of rainy season. Flooding has been going on for quite a while up North-East. Nearly 10,000 families have been displaced, 30 people, mostly children, died. With more heavy rains and with the water now coming down the Mekong, the levels are a few centimeters below the alert limit in Phnom Penh.
