While little progress was made between the ruling CPP and the opposition CNRP on the issue of putting together an independent investigation system to check on the alleged fraud issues during the 2013 Cambodian parliamentary elections of July 28th, and while Phnom Penh is getting ready for a mass gathering organised by the CNRP next monday, the development projects on Koh Pich island proceed (see the series on development projects on places people were evicted from HERE).
