Dementia today. How about yesterday?

Ieng Tirith is suffering from dementia. The Law is the Law: she will be released and not be tried at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal (only Nuon Chea, Ieng Sary and Khieu Samphan are left to be tried). Was she suffering from dementia in 1975?
