Strolling

Strolling in the streets of Brussels. And in the ‘Palais de Justice’, the biggest court of justice in Europe, designed by Poelaert in the late 19th century. Quite a lot of people in the poorer part of the capital had to be evicted for its construction. So much so that ‘voilen architek’ (dirty architect) became an offensive expression in the Brussels dialect.
