CAMBODIA. O'Chroev (Prey Nup). 18/01/2001: Photographers at a ceremony to present a map of 14,000 plots to their owners before registration at the land office. There are millions of land plots waiting to be checked and registered in order to avoid land grabbing and evictions, which will take many years.
