Ommegang 2/3 (This is not Belgium)

BELGIUM. Brussels. 7/07/2011: Members of the 'Crossbow Order' entering the Eglise du Sablon at the beginning of the 'Ommegang'. On the occasion of the visit by Emperor Charles V (Charles Quint) to Brussels in 1549, a reenactment is held yearly with a procession from the Sablon church to the center of town and with a lavish show on the Grand' Place called 'Ommegang'.
