Disappointed
The Boeung Kak Lake Ladies had a meeting with Kep Chuktema, Governor of Phnom Penh, at 3:00 pm yesterday. The result was quite predictable of course: no 15 Ha available for the on site relocation… But you never know do you? Because there could be money, pledged by the World Bank, to do this. There are plans. It could be done… And the authorities would have a win-win situation right around the corner…
