STRIKE! Day 4 and End

The strike organised by some unions (not all) for a salary raise in the garment sector ended one day earlier than planned. Pressure was mounting. Rumors of delegates going to be arrested, lawsuits, intimidation, and the promise to discuss ‘a resolution to provide a decent living for the workers’ on Sept. 27th were enough to smother ‘unrest’.
