CAMBODIA. Phnom Penh. 23/03/2010: The Mekong and the Tonle Sap seen from Northern tip of Koh Pich island. About 100 families living on the island and providing Phnom Penh with vegetables cultivated on the 70 ha of fertile soil were evicted in 2005. They were offered 2,5$/m2 whereas at the time the land was valued at 20 to 24$/m2.
