Some 120 people representing 24 rural and urban communities tried to march from the gardens in front of Wat Bothum to the house of Prime Minister Hun Sen to hand him 3 boxes containing a petition signed by about 60000 people demanding their land rigths be shown respect. About 30 riot police prevented them from marching forward. A representative of the Prime Minister signed the receipts for the petition boxes. Another ‘threat to National Security’ was defused…
