Covert operation
A nightly delivery of timber by a military truck without licence plates in a small street? Soldiers transferring timber from one truck to another? Money exchanging hands? A higher ranking military checking on it all from his Camry?
I am not so sure all this is legal… I am not so sure conservationists would like this.
