That’s it, Dey Krohom fell. This morning at 6, several hundreds of police, protecting workers hired by 7NG company and a few bulldozers, in a perfectly organised move, sprinkled with tear gas, fire hoses and an occasional beating, brutally levelled the houses of Dey Krohom, destroying private property by simply crushing many houses with all their content, leaving no chance to several households to put their belongings in security. For those who managed to get their things out of their home, a truck carried it all swiftly away to their new home, far away… (VIJ2009003) There will be more on Ka-set.info soon.
