Nov. 19 to Nov. 26th activities
I just came back from two days of shooting on the set of Un Barrage Contre le Pacifique, an adaptation of Marguerite Duras’ novel by cambodian filmmaker Rithy PANH, starring Isabele HUPPERT (but I don’t have much pictures of her though).
Tomorrow I will take pictures of the first public hearing of the ECCC (Khmer Rouge Tribunal). But it will be a tough one: we are allowed 5 (five) minutes of photographs. So don’t expect too much. I will ship the high res by FEDEX to the Paris office on the 21st or the 22nd and email a few lower res by email.
At he end of the week the Water Festival is starting and I might stroll the streets to take some pictures.
I then will be shooting pictures of the Disabled Volleyball World Cup (starts on the 21st I think).
At the end of the month or the very beginning of December I’ll go back to Kompong Som to take more pictures of Rithy Panh’s movie.
