Uphill Battle in Shallow Waters

The Boeung Kak Lake community held a press conference to inform the public of an alternative plan to the one of Shukaku Inc. They want to keep 15ha for 1500 families out of the 133ha Shukaku Inc. obtained as a concession from the authorities.
