Water Festival is beginning to get into gear: time to pick up a little on the Vulnerable Situations project. Opportunities to make some money but also the vulnerabilities increase for numerous street children in Phnom Penh during the massive influx of people from the provinces during the Water Festival.
My exhibition due to open on Nov. 28th for ‘Photo Phnom Penh 2010‘ is already on the walls of Bophana Center at 64 street 200, Phnom Penh. We’ll do the lights any time soon.
