Water Festival and Close to the Edge related issues on this side of the river. Just noticed: in all three pictures there is someone looking at me. Doesn’t happen often. Guess I was a bit tired today… Meanwhile I left town already, far from the maddening crowds. Happily Kepping along. I’ll be back tuesday…

Water Festival is beginning to get into gear: time to pick up a little on the Vulnerable Situations project. Opportunities to make some money but also the vulnerabilities increase for numerous street children in Phnom Penh during the massive influx of people from the provinces during the Water Festival.
