Developing sports
In January 2009 the last residents of the Dey Krohom community were violently evicted (see also this and this) from their land by 7NG company and the authorities. Today the site is a sports terrain for the members of the company. I was kindly told by a 7NG employee (and reminded that I was spotted taking pictures during the eviction) that I could not take pictures from anything but the sports terrain. The thing is there is NOTHING besides the sports terrain. I guess the developers are waiting until the Grey Building has been eradicated as well…
CAMBODIA. Phnom Penh. 23/10/2010: Sports terrain for 7NG employees who violently evicted the Dey Krohom residents. It is the only development achieved since the January 2009 eviction.
