Meanwhile the Khmer journalists finally rallied the air con room, and listen to the proceedings in khmer on their earphones…

  2. Yes of course I know Harry’s book. There is one difference though: he was tweaking his TV set to get weird colours and that was 1968 or 1969, and I don’t have to do anything except press the shutter. The flatscreen they have here in the pressroom provides those colourshifts once photographed (and strangely enough not when you look at them) without an effort. So every time it’s a surprise.

I have a whole set of them and will combine them in big prints for an exhibition in Penh on the tribunal beginning of June. IF I can get my printer repaired in time: a belt gave way on my Z3100 and there is a 7 to 8 weeks delay to get the spare part, unless I can find it somewhere else.

  3. I see huge photo book at the end of the trial. 500-600 pages A4. Am I right? or you will publish small photo book with “the best” photos?

  4. Marcin,

How about a book with 500-600 pages A4 AND “the best” photos? ;-)

No, I guess it’s going to be something like the dummy ( http://johnvink.com/Advocacy/KRTrial3.pdf ), maybe with 10 or 20 more picture pages and 5 or 6 more text pages.

Really depends on how the trial(s?) is(are?) going to unfold though…

    Marcin :))))

see john, i’m not the only nut case who sees this work as BEING LARGE…Mikhailov’s Case History is like 250 photographs ….why not this work….though, of course, the KRT Book is just gorgeous in it’s latest incarnation :))…as u know..

think about what marcin says…that IS NOT 2 OF US WHO THINK THE SAME :))))

  7. John

    Of course 600 the best photos… :)
Your photos are whole story, many details, question and exclamation marks. It could be waste to miss it.
I think small and large book will be enough to show trial, but it will be two different points of view.

over 2000 hits? This is good result isn’t it?
