Not everyone at Boeung Kak
Still not everyone agrees to move at Boeung Kak lake where the pumped-in sand creeps forward.
While some strike a deal with Shukaku Inc. to sell their plot of land for 8500$ and move away, others don’t want to move or for one reason or another are not entitled compensation. Yesterday some 80 of those families gathered thumbprints but were prevented by the police to bring their petition to the local authorities. (VIJ2008069)
